A batter of urad and rice flour left naturally overnight to ferment and cooked over a hotplate like a pancake and served with your choice of lamb/chicken /dhal curry and sambar.
Topside mince, burgel wheat, mixed spices and herbs filled with topside mince, spices, oninons and pine nuts. Served in pita bread with hummus, tomato, gherkins, lettuce and sauces.
