Each week we bring you a new and exciting slow cooked hotpot. Served on steamed brown rice these dishes are great for lunch on the go or a quick dinner option. Keep checking back each week as the flavour changes

John Dory fillet coated in a delicious batter made with Monteith’s Radler. Steakhouse fries, salad, aioli style tartare sauce and tomato sauce complete this classic Kiwi dish.

Marinated New Zealand lamb fillet served on an Asian slaw with Udon noodles, sesame seeds, coriander and cashew nuts.
