  • Skewers of diced lamb leg or chicken breast marinated in Pasha’s secret recipe. Grilled and served on a seasonal salad, feta and olives.

  • Slowly braised lamb shank seasoned to perfection with authentic Turkish spices, cooked with a variety of seasonal vegetables. Served with rice and a seasonal salad.

  • Capsicum, onion, mushrooms, potatoes, tomatoes, green beans, peas, carrot, zucchini, eggplant garlic cooked in a casserole dish and topped with tasty cheese then oven baked. Served with bulghur pilav (Turkish style cooked wheat) and jajeek dip.

 DESSERT

  • A traditional Turkish dessert of baked filo pastry filled with crushed walnut & pistachio, drizzled with honey syrup. Served with fresh fruit and ice cream.
