Here at the Three Cows we’ve made about 3 billion types of cheesecake and all completely different. we are slowly running out of flavours to make, but don’t panic we've always got the internet to help us out if the chefs are having another one of their blank moments.

Yip this is another one of our famous desserts, our vanilla bean Brulee made to perfection.... It comes with homemade vanilla bean ice cream and some kinda biscuit. I would even go as far as saying ladies this is better than sex.

Fillets of today’s fish coated in a yummy Cajun spice pan-seared to perfection and plonked on a salad of mandarins, snow pea shoots, cucumber, red onion and baby spinach and maybe some other goodies if you're lucky. finished with garlic aioli and grilled prawns. Yummo!

Lots of shanks slowly braised for hours & hours with mushrooms, celery and carrots in a rich merlot sauce. Comes with garlic butter potato mash. Sounds nice if you’re into stews...Good on a chilly night.
