- I reckon this is better than grandma used to make, but then what do I know I’m just the sucker that has to type this. A warm rich style cake with apple syrup and homemade vanilla ice cream.

- we reckon that we make it better here at the Three Cows than the Italians do. Comes with seasonal poached fruits and shortbread crumbs, this is food for the soul.
