Two poached eggs with smoked salmon on rye with avocado, spinach and a balsamic dressing with a side of hollandaise sauce.
Cornbeef Hash
Corned beef sautéed with potatoes, onions and capsicum topped with a fried egg and homemade tomato chutney.

250g medium rare sirloin and braised beef cheek with hand cut chips, seasonal greens, roast tomato, salsa verde and a crunchy soft boiled egg.

Slow cooked barbecued beef rib, manuka smoked for 4 hours, with mashed potato, roast carrots and bbq sauce.
