This curry has a stronger and richer flavour compared with all the other meat curries. Altlivia goat meat is very lean, it has a gamier flavour than lamb. The curry sauce is quite spicy but includes a lovely cream)’ coconut milk base which tempers the heat.

Lovely malay dish with tender morsels of chicken gently simmered in a sauce of desiccated coconut, that reduces to a coating on the chicken flavoured with coconut, lemongrass and ginger. Very yummy.
